On October 27-28, Zheng Liping, Member of the University Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President, led a delegation to Hefei University of Technology, ChangXin Memory Technologies Inc., and Anhui Faith Information Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct research on discipline construction and visit enterprises to expand internship and employment opportunities. They were warmly received by Yan Fuping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hefei University of Technology, Yang Qiang, Senior Manager of the Human Resources Center at ChangXin Memory Technologies Inc., and Tan Chang, Executive Vice General Manager of Anhui Faith Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Secretary-General of the Hefei Data Industry Association. Responsible persons from the Graduate School (Office of Discipline Construction), Finance Department, School of Microelectronics and Data Science, and School of Computer Science and Technology participated in the activities.

At Hefei University of Technology, the two sides held in-depth exchanges on doctoral program discipline construction, high-quality postgraduate cultivation, bank-university cooperation, and talent cultivation in microelectronics and computer science. Zheng Liping introduced Anhui University of Technology's history, current status, and discipline construction, expressing gratitude for Hefei University of Technology's strong support in discipline construction and talent cultivation. Zheng Liping and his delegation also visited the National Key Laboratory of Electrical Energy Efficient and High-Quality Conversion, the Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Research Institute, and the University History Museum at Hefei University of Technology.

At ChangXin Memory Technologies Inc. and Anhui Faith Information Technology Co., Ltd., Zheng Liping introduced the university's efforts in talent cultivation, student employment, discipline construction, and scientific research. He thanked the enterprises for their strong support in graduate employment. Agreements were signed with the respective companies on cooperation in talent cultivation and employment base construction, and on internship practice and industry-university-research collaboration. The delegation also met with outstanding alumni representatives working at the companies. Zheng Liping pointed out that the university is on the fast track to becoming a high-level domestic university with distinctive features. He stated the university will work with enterprises to achieve co-cultivation of talent, co-construction of internship and practice bases, and win-win outcomes in industry-university-research cooperation, jointly promoting fuller and higher-quality employment for graduates and advancing the synergistic development of discipline construction and talent cultivation.
